Is there a setup fee?

No, we do not charge any setup fees for our services. You can start using our automation solutions without any upfront costs, allowing you to focus on getting value from our offerings right away.

Can I change my payment method?

Do you offer discounts for annual payments?

How much do your marketing services cost for medical practices?

Are there setup fees for new clients?

Yes there are one time set up fees for the lead generation part of Nexamed. For Facebook and Google ads, there is a one time set up fee of $500 for the campaign research, landing page, and custom CRM setup for your campaign.

Do you offer any guarantees on results?

No, at Nexamed we do not offer any guarantee of results. Although poor campaigns are rare, they do happen. Certain factors out of our control can play a part in the overrall success of the camaign.

Is there a minimum contract length?

Yes, at nexamed we have a contract length of 1 month for everything besides SEO. SEO has a minimum contract of 3 months. We believe our clients should never feel trapped in marketing services.

How do I know which service is right for my clinic?

Do you offer set packages or fully custom marketing plans?

Nexamed does not offer any packages. All of our services are fully customized for the needs of your business. Personalized packages allow us to create more successful marketing campaigns for your clinic.

What does the onboarding process look like from contract to campaign launch?

At Nexamed, we try and keep the onboarding process as simple as possible. After you sign the contract we work behind the scenes gathering your login info, setting up you campaign, crafting your landing page, and more. The entire process takes a maximum of 2 weeks.

Do you provide a custom healthcare CRM as part of your services?

Yes we provide a custom healthcare CRM as a part of our services. This is what seperates Nexamed from other healthcare marketing agencies. Our healthcare CRM is designed to close leads and help you win with half the energy.

Can I use your CRM for upselling and cross-selling to existing patients?

Yes! We encourage all of our clients to use the CRM as much as possible. When you sign with Nexamed marketing we help you create upsell and cross sell plans for sustainable growth methods.

Will I have a dedicated account manager or point of contact?

Yes you will have a dedicated account manager when you sign with Nexamed. From the minute you fill out the form on our website to us closing our 100th lead, you will be paired with someone to help.

Can your CRM integrate with my existing EHR system?

Yes our CRM system can integrate with your EHR system as long as your EHR system allows outbound and inbound webhooks. If your EHR does not allow that, we can and have found workwrounds but there are no promises it would be able to work at that point.

Do you offer HIPAA-compliant solutions for patient communication?

Yes all of our messaging solutions at Nexamed are HIPAA compliant. On our CRM there will be a conversations tab that you can use to contact your patients.
